Lee Whitwell is not only the number one ranked senior female professional pickleball player in the world, she is also one of the most respected coaches and club consultants in the game. A two-time Major League Pickleball MVP (2021 and 2022), she continues to make her mark both on and off the court. Known fr her humor, authenticity, and ability to connect with any crowd, Lee’s impact goes far beyond podium finishes, Her journey in the spot has never been just about individual success but about growing the game at the grassroots level and creating spaces where people feel they belong.

Alongside her competitive career, Lee serves as the APP Next National Team Coach, working with Chad Edwards to mentor, train, and develop the next generation of talent. She and her partner, Angela Farmer, co-founded Game ChangeHER Events — a grassroots events company dedicated to empowering women, with a particular focus on the senior pro division and the 45+ recreational player.

Together, they are also excited about the upcoming launch of the Game ChangeHER Academy — set to become the largest online coaching platform built by women, for women — further expanding their mission to elevate, educate, and connect players around the world.

Lee embodies sportsmanship, kindness, and a genuine passion for the sport, using her platform not just to compete, but to build something bigger than the game itself.
